With a customized approach, we'll help you build the capacity to achieve results now and for the long term.
ResultsAhead exists to help schools and organizations implement bold, yet simple ideas in support of dramatic improvement.
Our partnerships are driven by a design methodology (i.e. asking a lot of questions and helping quickly promote solutions) that empowers leaders to DESIGN or REDESIGN their work to effectively serve their communities.

How we work
We're good listeners, catalysts, thought partners, analysts, and provocateurs who have likely lived through a challenge like you're facing. So we will think with you, design with you, get in the weeds (or garden) with you in order to help you and your team navigate at the nexus of problem and progress.
And if for some reason we don't think we can help you with your challenge, we'll help you find someone else who can.

Here are some ways we're working right now:
Design Facilitation
Built on inquiry, curiosity and internationally recognized facilitation strategies, we can help your team loosen up their thinking so that they can discover solutions that are immediately measurable.

Whether it's in the form of a Design Sprint or strategic planning, participation will not only align teams in the moment, but will also seed a practice of design thinking for boards, leadership teams, teachers or students.

School Redesign
We believe that students deserve the best learning environments possible. Therefore, we regularly partner with schools who need help to improve. Depending on the needs of the school, we're equipped to support leadership teams, instructional leadership, SEL, and/or operations teams.
Our support has led struggling charter public schools to dramatic improvement and traditional public schools to get off - and stay off - "the list."

Bridging the Literacy Cliff
Because we define literacy as "the ability to read, write, and communicate in order to learn and solve problems," literacy pervades everything we do. In particular, we're driven by the undeniable tie between literacy and life options for young people. The strength of the former informs the latter.

We'll help your middle and high schools design evidence-based approaches for students with the goal of empowering every child in your school to be literate.
